A 3,200 sq ft family home that blends into the forest like it's always been there. Cross-laminated timber structure, passive solar design, and windows that frame the mountains perfectly. The clients wanted something that felt like a cabin but lived like a modern home - we nailed it.

1889 brick and timber building that needed serious love. We kept every bit of character while bringing it up to modern standards. The original Douglas fir joists are still there, just stronger now.

Built into a steep slope with views that'll make you cry. Glulam beams, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a cantilevered deck that feels like you're floating. The engineering on this one was intense but totally worth it.

8,500 sq ft public space that needed to serve everyone from toddlers to seniors. Mass timber construction, acoustic design for the multipurpose room, and a green roof that's become the neighborhood's favorite spot.

Seafood spot with massive windows overlooking the water. Cedar cladding inside and out, custom bar made from reclaimed dock pilings, and a kitchen that actually works for the chef.
